Justin Post, the former longtime managing editor of The Livingston Enterprise, and his wife, Taryn Post, launched Dexter Peak Communications earlier this year.
Dexter Peak currently works with businesses, nonprofits and local government throughout the Northwest and is accepting new clients in the Livingston area.
Based in Paradise Valley, the firm specializes in marketing, public relations, community outreach, websites, graphic design and social media management.
In addition to serving nearly a decade as managing editor of The Livingston Enterprise, Justin has worked as a reporter for The Montana Standard in Butte and as communications/research director for the Montana Public Service Commission in Helena.
The northeast Ohio native spent more than 20 years as a reporter and photographer at newspapers in Idaho, Ohio, Indiana and Montana, among other states.
Taryn previously owned and operated Taryn Hecker Media. The north Idaho native brings more than 20 years of experience as a newspaper reporter, photographer and public relations and marketing consultant.
Taryn began her journalism career in 1999 as a reporter at The Coeur d’Alene (Idaho) Press and has also worked for The Spokesman-Review in Spokane, WA.
Justin joined Taryn Hecker Media in November 2022 and the couple became business partners in January with the launch of Dexter Peak Communications.
